Because our services are digital and require time and manual work, refunds follow these conditions:

Refunds are accepted only if:

• You request cancellation within 24 hours of your purchase.
  
  

No refund is provided when:

• Work has already started
  
  

• Work has been completed
  
  

• You change your mind after delivery
  
  

• You provide incomplete information causing delay
  
  

• You refuse to provide needed access or materials
  
  

This policy is standard for digital services and custom website development.
