Technical support and maintenance
All services are delivered digitally.
Clients must provide:
Accurate information
Access to platforms (Shopify, WordPress, hosting, etc.) when needed
Content such as text, logos, or images
Payment for the selected service
Project delivery times depend on the service and are communicated in advance.
Delays caused by missing client information are not our responsibility.
Payments must be completed before the service is delivered unless agreed otherwise in writing.
After full payment, the client owns:
The website design
Store setup
Technical configurations
Plugins or software provided by third parties remain under their own licenses.
We are not responsible for:
Issues caused by third-party plugins or hosting providers
Errors resulting from changes made by the client after delivery
Loss of data due to external factors (hosting issues, cyberattacks, etc.)
Maintenance is only included if the client purchases a maintenance package.
Otherwise, updates or fixes are billed separately.
